Intercept Health is a full-service provider with specialized programing across the care continuum. Intercept Health offers a variety of specialized services to meet the needs of individuals and families throughout Virginia. Community Homes are therapeutic group homes located throughout Virginia for children and adolescents age 7-19. They have a specialized children's program for co-ed ages 7-12 for sexually reactive children. Treatment modalities include trauma focused therapy, substance abuse education, sex offender relapse prevention, and individual group and family therapy. The programs focus on developing life skills, behavioral modification, peer support, and positive youth development.
