Virginia Home Based Counseling has offices throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The agency provides mental health and substance abuse services to the community. Offers intensive in-home services for those ages 4-20 with mental health concerns. Offers behavior therapy for those ages 4-21 with developmental delays, autism, and intellectual disabilities. Virginia Support Services provides services for those ages 16 and older with mental, behavioral, or emotional disorders.
