The mission of Career and Transition Services is to empower a diverse population of students with the opportunities and resources necessary for transition to a variety of post-secondary options. These services offer career instruction, programming for students ages 18-22, transition planning beginning in middle school, career assessment services, work-based learning, employment and transition services, and postsecondary services.
