SelfWorks is program that provides skills training and support to adults (18 year or older) with mental, behavioral, or emotional illness that impacts their ability to function in major life activities. The primary goal is to help individuals achieve the highest functioning possible within the community and reducing or eliminating the need for psychiatric hospitalizations. Treatment consists of a range of services from assistance with daily life skills to financial management, medication monitoring, and the ability to access community resources.
