Self Care: How to Take Care of Yourself webinar

Summer is just around the corner. For many of us, this means more on our plates as we deal with disruptions in our established routines and the increased demands that come with having our kids home for summer break. In this webinar, we will talk about stress triggers and common stress reactions as well as the impact of trauma. We will discuss what self-care is, how it can help us manage stress, ways to practice self-care in our everyday lives, and potential obstacles to self-care. Finally, we will look at a wellness plan to help us manage stress and be better caretakers for our children.
