Fairfax & Falls Church residents- Your opinions are requested!
The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) works to ensure that all children, youth, and families have fair and easy access to a network of quality services and supports that strengthen their social, emotional, mental, and behavioral health. This year, the CMPT is using the Children’s Services Act Annual Service Gap survey to reach out to families and community and agency partners to gather information on what families need to thrive in their communities.
The responses to this brief, 10-minute survey will help the CPMT learn more about:
- Critical service gaps in the Fairfax-Falls Church community;
- The populations and age ranges affected by those gaps in services;
- The barriers and their level of impact on developing needed services; and
- Peer support service needs.
The CMPT will use the information gathered to coordinate long-range, community-wide planning that ensures the development of resources and services. The survey can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2017-service-gaps-survey. The CPMT will be accepting responses to the survey through Friday, April 14th.
Feedback from families and community and agency partners is critical to the work of the CPMT. Please help us to widely distribute this survey in the community by sharing it with your contacts and encouraging them to share their thoughts. Every response received will help us develop stronger, more effective resources and services.
